Education

I earned my BA in Business from the University of Puget Sound in 1990. While building my Real Estate business I have earned my Associate Brokers license and my CRS & GRI designations.

I have been listing and selling Real Estate in Gig Harbor and Port Orchard, Pierce and Kitsap counties since 1992. I am so fortunate to be able to make my living doing what I love to do so much. I simply enjoy the entire process from the listing of property to the successful closing of it. The use of my social and business skills has lead to a perfect success with my Real Estate career. I have brought thousands of buyers and sellers together in my career. When a seller hires me to sell their property and I complete the job by providing the services that get the property SOLD efficiently and in the fastest time possible there is nothing more satisfying, that is unless you compare it to finding of just the right home for a buyer that I am working for. The systems that I have developed for marketing property are effective, I have the records to prove it. ON A PERSONAL NOTE:

I am a lifelong Washingtonian and simply LOVE the outdoors, for this reason Gig Harbor has been an amazing place to call home. This breathtaking waterfront community offers everything that I love, NATURE, in so many forms, golfing, hiking, swimming, boating and so much more. There are so many fresh and saltwater experiences to be had it seems endless. I am also a singer and have sung in many of our local venues. Music throughout my life has been food for my soul. I have been and continue to be active with many charities and have served on the board of several non profit organizations. I am very proud of my graduation in 1990 from The University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business which has been invaluable with my Real Estate career..

I am a casual man in life and in my extra curricular activities but when it comes to the business of selling Real Estate I am a very serious business man. I run my business like I run my life with honesty and integrity. I say what I am going to do and I do it. Quite simply I live my life by The Golden Rule "Treat others as you wish to be treated."
